Training Levels & Format

TRAINING LEVELS - Each breakout session is designated a level to indicate a particular target audience, based on industry, system and application knowledge. Review the Session Descriptions to see the defined target audience for each session.

Fundamental - Designed for new users or managers who have either no or very little time on the system or application under consideration.
Intermediate - Designed for users or managers who have mastered basic skills on the system or application under consideration and are wanting to enhance their skills and/or gain additional knowledge of more advanced features.
Advanced - Designed for expert level users or managers who whish to gain more in-depth knowledge of advanced features of the systems or applications under consideration.

 

TRAINING FORMATS - A variety of breakout session formats are offered to provide you the best possible learning experience at the conference. Session formats are identified along with each session description.

Hands-On Training Sessions - In-depth training sessions with access to the software application(s) under consideration.  Application experts provide instruction and walk you through features, processes and defined training exercises.

Service Labs, Product Labs, IT Labs & Consulting - Open lab or consulting times are provided for certain product lines and/or service areas to allow you to interact directly with your Customer Service Representatives, Programmers, Application Specialists or Technical Services Staff to review and troubleshoot your current product, database and service issues, ask questions or try out various features at a workstation running the application under consideration.

Roundtable Discussions & Industry Forums - These open floor discussions address common issues in the industry or a particular track of training. Industry or application experts will facilitate these dicussions which focus on specific topics as well as allowing time for participants to insert their own topics for discussions. These sessions are a fantastic opportunity to discuss common problems and share best practices with your peers.

Presentations & Demonstrations - These sessions are focused at providing you with the information that you need to plan for the future and make informed decisions regarding Command Alkon products and services. Content may include high level training topics, feature/function overviews using live software, or basic information and plans.
